Blue Lagoon Villa is a newly-built, luxury, two storey, fully self-contained private accommodation – right at a white, sandy beach and crystal blue lagoon which is good for swimming and snorkelling. The Villa is on the western "sunset" side of Rarotonga next to many fine restaurants. It is close to town and most other facilities, including being across the road from a general store with most daily food and beverage needs. |

Blue Lagoon Villa is new with all modern fittings. The large master bedroom overlooks the ocean and has an imported king size bed from "Pier One" in the USA. It is air conditioned and has its own ensuite with a bath/shower and toilet. The second bedroom is equally large (4X4m) and is next to the other bathroom/toilet. All linen needs are provided.The lounge features colour TV/video, CD-DVD six speaker entertainment system (bring your favoutite DVDs) and a Playstation with games included for guests to use.

The interior of the Villa is beautifully decorated with wood and cane furniture and many local arts and crafts works. Insect screens are in place. The modern kitchen features a new gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware needs and a coffee machine. There are three dining areas to choose from and a gas BBQ on the deck too.The downstairs laundry (connected by a laundry chute) features a large, new automatic washing machine and sink. There is also an iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
