DEPOSITS

We can confirm any requested booking on receipt of a booking deposit equal to 50% of the total rental. The balance is due in cash NZ$ after you arrive and can get to a Bank.

In your deposit transfer, please instruct your bank to add the comment

Credit card bookings are available. Please advise and we will let you know about the procedure.
CANCELLATIONS
  •  More than 60 days notice - 100% refund of booking deposit received.
  • 30 - 60 days - 80% refund.
  • 30 days to 14 days - 50% refund
  • 14 days or less -25% refund
  • No show, no contact - 0% refund
  • Refunds are made less any bank fee - $NZ10 for a bank cheque or $25 for a bank TT or $40 for an immediate Western Union transfer.
VEHICLES

We can arrange car or bike rental for you.

TRANSFERS

A transfer can be arranged at $25 per person, $1 per piece of luggage and $10 for a beautiful flower neck garland - which we call an "ei". Our driver will meet and greet you in the Rarotonga airport arrivals lounge with a board with your name on it. He will also give you a "Welcome" letter in an envelope, containing the villa keys. Please advise if you have more than 4 pieces of luggage.
Your transfer will be trouble free. No problems. A cool drink will be awaiting you at the villa's fridge.
(Please make sure that your arrival time and date is correct, given our time zone and early flight times.)
