The Villa is situated on the southern side of Rarotonga, 13 kilometres from Avarua township and most other facilities, close to Wigmore's Supermarket just down the road, a general store with most daily food and beverage needs. |

The Villa has two lounges and features colour TV/video and stereo. The modern kitchen features a gas stove and oven, fridge, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and glassware needs. There are three dining areas to choose from. The master bedroom upstairs has its own private upstairs parents lounge together with an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The three other bedrooms are downstairs close to the other bathroom and toilet. Downstairs features a large, new automatic washing machine.

The Villa is built up high overlooking our private, tropical garden and lawns, with a stunning view of the South Pacific Ocean from the private upstairs deck overlooking the peaceful lagoon, out to the horizon. The Villa is absolute beachfront on a sandy white beach and lagoon where beach lounges are available exclusively for Villa guests.
